Custom Team Name V1 - Men's Cycling Kit

I run a cycling club in Las Vegas and wanted custom gear with our name on them. We were also able to get our logo by emailing a picture of it. The price is what caught our attention. Didn't take very long to receive considering that they have custom print on them. Upon arrival I was very happy with how they look. However once seeing them outside I noticed that the gray color of the bibs and jersey didn't exactly match. As well after one ride I also noticed the bibs were coming apart at the seam of the crotch. Also the bibs have no elastic on the inside of the leg to keep them in place on the leg. I also had issue with the sizing. I wear a L normally. But the size chart recommended a 2x. The Jersey was a bit big. The bibs caused chaffing because of the larger size. I reached out to customer service with my issues. I was told the color could be an issue with my camera. But the bibs coming apart were a manufacturing defect. They decided to replace the whole set for me. I decided to try a smaller size to see if they fit better. They do, but having it to do over I think the L I normally wear would have worked. The color issue is the same as the first set. The bibs after the first ride held together. But not having elastic on the leg cuff is a issue. having them constantly ride up the leg get annoying on long rides. Over all I happy with the Jersey. The print looks cool. Linda in customer service was very helpful and I thank her for the work she did on my issues. I gave a star higher because of her. Overall I would order the Jersey again. But the bibs need to have the elastic feature in the legs. Maybe I can ad myself. Anyway if your looking for custom print on a jersey this is a good option to go with. And I love a company that stands by there work with stellar customer service.
