Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@globalcyclinggear.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
- Within 12 hours of payment: You may cancel your order or update the shipping address, design, or size (additional fees may apply).
- After 12 hours, cancellation requests are subject to a 20% charge of the total order value.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production or have been shipped
If your cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (based on tracking confirmation). Include your order number and photos of the item when you reach out.
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
1/ If we sent the wrong size, color, or the item was damaged:
- We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- You may keep the original item as a gesture of goodwill.
2/ If the correct item was delivered but you are not satisfied with the fit:
- Option 1: Keep the item and pay a small Shipping & Handling fee to receive a new size. No return needed.
- Option 2: Return the item at your own expense (it must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags). We will ship the replacement once the return is received.
Please note:
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Replacement items must match the original design and be from the same gender-specific size chart.
- Sale and promotional (free) items are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds
You may request a refund or reshipment if your order was not delivered within 90 days (excluding 3–7 days of processing time).
If you received the wrong item, we will reship the correct item at no cost. Refunds are not available in this case.
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations (subject to case-by-case review):
- Incorrect shipping address provided.
- Order cancellation due to a change of mind (as our products are made to order).
- Failure to pay customs duties or fees.
- Delays caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
- Wrong size or color ordered by customer.
- Item was purchased on sale or received as a free gift.
- Custom Design or Personalized items.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside our control.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (as per tracking). Please contact us through the Contact Us page with your order details and reason for the request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method.
