EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY
Change & Cancellation
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to satisfy your request. However, keep in mind that we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Within 12 hours from your order has been paid, you can make a change on shipping address, design or size (extra fee may be required) and cancel an order, please note a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your original payment. After that period of time, 70% of your total amount will be charged for cancellation requirements.
After 24 hours since placing order, $10 will be charged if you change shipping address.
If the cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order according to tracking notification, we are here to make things right.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and send us the photos of your product and Order number.
1) If we deliver the wrong size, colors or the packages are damaged, we will reship your new product without any additional charges and you can keep that item as an apology from us to the problem you've suffered.
2) If we deliver correct items but you're not satisfied with them (pretty small or large,...). We're offering 2 options:
- You can keep your item: you just need to pay a small Shipping and Handling fee (please contact us for further information) and we will send you new items. You don't need to return your package.
- If you don't want to pay that fee, you will have to return the item at your own expense and the item has not been used, worn, washed or damaged. The item must include its tag. We will deliver a new one right after we receive your returns.
- Exchange is applied once per order.
- Exchange item(s) must be as same as the design and in the same men’s or women’s size chart like your original order.
- The items that are on sale or free cannot be exchanged.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (60 days not including 3-7 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
Reasons for a refund may be considered invalid are (judge on a case by case basis):
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
- You want a refund/return because you "changed your mind". We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.
- You did not pay customs fee (if required) for your order so it cannot be delivered to your address.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Global Cycling Gear (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- You order wrong size or color.
- The items you ordered are on sale or free.
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of globalcyclinggear.com
* You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the day of delivery (as per tracking notification). You can do it by sending a message on the Contact Us page explaining the reason for the request.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied back to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
