We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from delivery date.
Items cannot be returned if they have been worn (other than being tried on for size) , washed, altered or damaged.
Returned items must have the original tags correctly attached so they can be scanned back into our stock.
Please ensure any return is neatly folded into its original packaging and in its original condition so it can be re-sold.

Where an item is returned to us in a condition that prevents us from re-selling it, we do reserve the right to send the item(s) directly back to you. Customers returning items with no tags or original packaging will be subject to a repacking fee deducted from your refund.
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks that have been removed from their packaging, cannot be returned for a refund.
For defective products (this happens when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way) : We will send you the return label to your email address (Free)
